We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to work in our welcoming Front of House team at The Peacock. Successful candidates will have a strong ability to provide excellent customer service. Previous experience of working with people of different ages and backgrounds is desirable.
You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and the holiday periods including Christmas and New Year.

Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Full Time Position
We are seeking a Development Manager to secure corporate partnerships that support our long term artistic and organisational goals.
The next five years will see us expand both in terms of scale and ambition. Our next major fundraising campaign will help realise the development of our fourth venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, alongside UAL’s London College of Fashion and the Victoria and Albert Museum. This is a great time to join a strong and committed team at Sadler’s Wells and we are looking for someone with talent and enthusiasm to match their successful track record and experience.
You will be skilled in writing creative and compelling partnerships proposals, able to identify new prospects and key decision makers, and confident in cultivating strong corporate partner relationships. We are looking for a highly driven and organised individual, who can work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines. As an excellent communicator, you will be confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times. Willingness to work outside of normal working hours is essential.

IT Support Analyst
Full Time Position
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide first and second line support and assist in the delivery of IT operations at Sadler’s Wells.
You will have a balance of technical knowledge and communication skills, with an eye for detail. You will also have previous experience providing first line support, good troubleshooting and documentation skills and a strong interest in technology in all its forms.

Maternity Cover, commencing January 2017
We are looking for an experienced senior development professional to provide maternity cover for our Development Director, for a fixed term from January 2017.
As interim Development Director, you will play a crucial role in realising our vision at both a strategic and operational level. The role is directly responsible for the planning and delivery of annual fundraising targets as part of our five-year strategic plan and in leading the Development Department to achieve success across all income streams. You will also be a key contributor to our collaborative capital campaign to develop our fourth performance venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and skilled fundraiser, with excellent communication and relationships skills, sound management practice and keen attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate experience and a strong track record as a senior fundraiser in the cultural sector.
Building effective relationships and sharing a passion for the importance of Sadler’s Wells’ work with major donors, sponsors and individual supporters is essential, as is the ability to work creatively and collaboratively across teams.
