Our Gentle Exercise class provides both health benefits and that extra boost of confidence. Improve flexibility, coordination, balance and suppleness, strengthen muscles and bone density and improve your confidence while feeling good! Exercise can held with back pain, stress and anxiety.

London Contact Improvisation
Class and Jams

Contact improvisation is a movement form based on a physical exchange of information between partners. It is a dance of improvising and partnering based on the physics of touch, balance, weight, momentum, flow and resistance.
Please note that the jam is an open event without a teacher. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well being in the jam. Take care to be alert and sensitive to yourself and others. LCI cannot accept responsibility or liability for injury.

Ballroom Dancing

Come along and challenge yourself with a few hours of ballroom workout. You will learn new techniques along with some sparkly moves from the dance floors all over the world. With a new dance each month, it's the perfect way to explore ballroom dance! Everyone is welcome – whether you are leader or follower. You will be changing partners in this class therefore it means you may be dancing with someone of the same gender.

Pilates for Mums - Bring your baby!

Fun Pilates session for new mums to help your post-natal recovery. Take some time for yourself to strengthen and stretch your body. Your baby can relax and play beside you, or sleep in their buggy, whilst you exercise. Exercises will help postnatal recovery to: strengthen your pelvic floor, heal Diastasis recti (abdominal separation), tone and stretch your body, correct post-pregnancy muscle imbalances.
Baby friendly venue with space for buggies and changing facilities, Mats and equipment provided. Just bring yourself and your baby! All levels welcome, but you must have had your six week postnatal check to join (12 weeks for C-Section). Babies must be 2 to 10 months (or non walkers if your baby is a little older)
