What is Flyign Saturdays?
Flying Saturdays is a free 8-week programme of yoga, aerial cocoon skills and outdoor exploration for families..
The 8 sessions will include: aerials skills using cocoons, yoga for parents and children, fun theatrical games, outdoor adventure in Queen's Woods, storytelling, relaxation techniques and massage.

Saturday 7th May at Caxton House
Saturday 14th May at Queens Wood
Saturday 21st May at Queens Wood
Saturday 28th May at Caxton House
Saturday 4th June at Queens Wood
Saturday 11th June at Caxton House
Saturday 18th June at Queens Wood
Saturday 25th June at Caxton House
10am - 12 for 3-5 years
1pm - 3pm for 6-10 years.
The indoor sessions will take place at Caxton House Community Centre, 129 St. John's Way, N19 3RQ
The outdoor sessions will take place at Queens Wood, Highgate (we'll meet at Caxton House and travel together).
